For self-drive rental: a valid driver's license (any country) and national ID or passport. For chauffeur-driven rental (airport transfer, with driver), no driver's license is required. All documents are checked at signing day.

No — all our rentals include unlimited mileage. Drive as far as you like within Thailand.
Yes. All new cars come with Class 1 comprehensive insurance. In the event of an accident, we will guide you through the process. Note: insurance does not cover damage caused by driving under the influence.
Yes — free delivery within Bangkok to your hotel, home, or office. For delivery outside Bangkok (e.g., Phuket, Pattaya, Chiang Mai), a small delivery fee may apply. Call us to confirm.
Yes. Additional drivers are allowed. They must provide a copy of their driver's license and ID at the time of signing the rental contract.
Yes. We operate 24 hours, 365 days. You can arrange car pickup and return at any time, including weekends and public holidays.
Deposit terms vary by car model. Please contact us directly for specific deposit requirements. Some vehicles (particularly supercars) require a security deposit. We aim to make the process as easy as possible.
The car must not be used for: racing or speed events, subletting to third parties, driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs. No smoking inside any vehicle. Violations of traffic laws are the renter's full responsibility.
Yes, you can book for another person via phone. However, the actual renter must be present in person to sign the contract on pickup day.
